We are also offering other services apart from Trust Fund Management, namely:

1) Interest free loans (to be implemented)

We are offering a different form of loan out there from other financial institutions. We do not believe in receiving interest as it is hard or nearly impossible to designate a fair and market determined interest rate for loans (and deposits too). Thus we have formulated a different form of loan structure. If you require a certain amount of credit to purchase an item but lack the resources, you can approach us, we will purchase the said item on your behalf but retain ownership. Firstly, you would have to pay up 30% to 40% of the value of the item upfront, this serves as a deposit and collateral. You can then subsequently pay us to cover back the amount we loan, once the Loan + Deposit = Cost of item, the ownership will be transferred totally to you.

Also note that if the item receives a set amount of income (e.g. facilities), we will transfer a certain percentage (policy dependent) of the earnings to you, any surplus earnings will be credited to your loan. Therefore , Deposit + Loan + Surplus income = Cost of item , then the item's ownership will be wholly transferred to you. The main advantage of this is that you will still be able to earn your income while not being able to fully purchase the item upfront.

Please note that even though we do not include any element of interest in the loans, to remain competitive with banks and other financial bodies, we charge a one time service/management fee that is plan/policy dependent and agreed on both the borrower and ourselves.
