Q : What are Temporary Accounts?

A : Temporary Accounts are specific accounts granted to any potential investors or clients to view certain details pertaining to the various offers/plans that might be available and decide from there on. All Temporary Accounts have limited access in forums and also have a limited amount of time for membership, after which the Temporary Account will be revoked. Temporary Account Holders who want to become a 'permanent' member will have to re-apply themselves, stating in the "Apply Now!" that they desire to be a 'permanent/full time' member.

Q : Are 'Permanent' accounts for life? Can I leave the group or revoke my membership?

A : Yes you may (and they are not for life) , however please take note that most but not all investment plans available require long time commitment and have long maturity periods. Please refer to each plans, clauses and fund structure for a detailed requirement. If such requirements are met, or a consensus has been reached, the plan might be dissolved.

*Investors/trustees with an existing plan are not recommended to leave the membership prematurely as it may result in a forfeiture of all or part of their contribution*

Q : Can I transfer ownership of my fund contribution/share to other characters?

A : Yes, however both accounts have to be active, or both characters have to be alive for the ownership to be transferred. Transferring of ownership is strictly OTC (over the counter) , i.e. the group has no say in the deal/contract upon the terms of the transfer between two transacting parties. However it is advisable to inform the Directors or Fund Managers about the activity as they will be carrying out any transaction of funds in SWC. Note that all SWC rules and policies should be complied. (SWC Rules applies here.)

A: Yes, you may join the Trust Fund Group without an invitation, however it is recommended that you have a clearer picture of what you are investing in. Therefore, one should be aptly informed by a referral or have been a Temporary Account Holder/Member and fully understand the plans and services available.
